PAYMENT
In order to pay for the selected products, you have to click on the payment method on the "Shopping basket" page in item 3. and then you will be forwarded to the order confirmation page. Then you must click on the 'I confirm my order' button at the bottom right of the page. After successful completion of the order, you will receive an email confirming it. You can pay for your order via:
Cash on delivery with Postal Money Transfer
Under this form of payment, the amount of the products you ordered will be delivered to a courier of Speedy or Econt Express company. The payment can also be made by an authorized person, if he/she confirmed the identity of the ordered goods. It is recommended at the time of delivery to open and check the contents of the shipment.
For your payment, the courier company will issue a postal money order receipt of the amount of the cash on delivery you owe. This receipt is a document recognized by law which exempts the trader from the obligation to issue a receipt. This is one of the variants according to the Regulation No. H - 18 of 2006, Art. 3 on "Registration and reporting of the made sales", which can be performed by a licensed postal operator, such as Speedy or Econt Express.
Please keep in mind that you must save and apply this receipt if you have an invoice issued as it serves as the current receipt.
NOTIFICATION: Dear Users, in connection with the latest changes in the Regulation H - 18 and in order to comply with it, we have to exclude the methods of payment with PayPal and bank transfer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for the moment this is the only way Mart4art.bg can continue to work. We hope soon to find a solution that will enable us to recover PayPal and bank wire transfer payments, and until then, only Cash on delivery with Postal Money Transfer will be available.
