RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the products you have ordered within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, if the products are in the form in which they were received, the products have not been used, the integrity of the packaging has not been disturbed, and are respected the conditions of Art. 55 (para.1) of the Law on Consumer Protection Act in Bulgaria.

If you would like to make a claim, please contact us through the Contacts page by selecting the "Return Policy" topic title and writing the reason for the return in the "Message" field.

• When the return is made wholly upon your request, for no other reason, the shipping costs are at your expense. The amount for the order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
  
  
• In the case of a delivery product with appearance defects that arose during transportation, you should contact the courier at the moment of receipt in order to draw up a consignment note for a damaged shipment.
  
  
• If you receive a product with a defect, inconsistency, duplicate content, or other damages, you are entitled to replace it with another but the claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Upon expiration of this period, all shipping costs will be borne by you.
  
  
• In order to avoid recurring discrepancies and to save unnecessary costs, we must have your consent to unpacking the product with us and reviewing the condition of the product for replacement / re-dispatch of a product of the same type. If you do not wish to open up and check the merchandise with us, the cost of any return will remain at your expense.
