Fan Brush Tintoretto S232 Badger Hair Long Handle
For variety of applications while painting with oil colours.
Brush Series 232 is made of badger hair and its fibers are arranged in the shape of half-open fan. This type of natural hair has very good elasticity and wear resistance and it is traditionally used for oil colors. With its interesting look, the fan brush has a variety of applications - for softening and for blending brush stoke, for covering broad areas of color, also in dry brushing technique for making grass, trees and leaves, and other unusual effects. Made with a long handle this brush is appropriate when painting on easel in order to have distance between the hand and the picture. The brush is made with nickel plated brass ferrule, transparent varnished long wooden handle with black tip.
TIP: Clean with a proper cleaning solvent, depending on the type of paint. Do not leave the brush dipped in a container with water or solvent because this will damage the fibers.
