Toison d'Or soft pastels are available in a set of 12 colors in a cardboard box.
Toison d'Or pastels represent a traditional product of the Koh-i-noor company. They are popular amongst artists thanks to their high quality. The key components of the pastels are very pure micro-pulverized natural substances on a base of calcium carbonate. Together with other additives and binding agents it creates a basic mixture, into which color pigments are carefully mixed. Can be applied on smooth or rough paper and after finalization of the artwork, the use of a preparation fixative is recommended (prevents subsequent blurring). No component used in production contains toxic or otherwise harmful substances and the final product is therefore suitable for all age categories. The set contains the following 12 shades: Zinc White, Zinc Yellow, Dark Orange, Old Rose, Carmine, Violet, Ultramarine Medium, Azure Blue, Permanent Green Light, Chrome Oxide Fire, Light Caput Mortuum, Ivory Black.
