Very soft and sinewy, pony hair is one of the next best cheaper alternative to ox natural hair. Suitable for watercolour works, especially recommended for schoolchildren and for hobby activities. This type of brush is invaluable as a teaching tool for perfecting brush control. The Tintoretto round brush series 190 is made from pony hair and nickel plated brass ferrule, with short walnut varnished wooden handle.
TIP: Clean with a proper cleaning solvent, depending on the type of paint. Do not leave the brush dipped in a container with water or solvent because this will damage the fibers.
